We ensure you a 100% Refund on returning the product (excluding shipping fees).

Q. What should i do if i receive the wrong product or a damaged product?

A. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or a damaged product, we are sorry about that! Please contact us at care@pikpure.in and we’ll make sure that you get the correct product delivered again! Please include your order number in your email.
